A new look Caroline has started giving as of late. Almost an "excuuuuuse me" look. Can't wait for you all to get into town!!! MERRRRRRY CHRISTMAS...or as Frosty like to say...HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

violet got a hair trim at the mall while my mom was in town. not as crazy drastic as annabelle's first chop...i've lived & learned. i told the lady "do not cut them straight across" & she did a great job. woo hoo! no more clippies necessary!

Well it's time for an update on here from me. A couple of things going on back here.

First off, play results are out: I am Etta Greenleaf in 'The Werewolf's Curse or Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow'. I am a vegetarian that is engaged to a "werewolf". And yeah, that means I'm supposed to kiss him. :/ But I'm not going to actually kiss him, it's fake. But we might just end up hugging, who knows. The plot: Harry Pate, the werewolf, goes to Dr. Frank Einstein, who says that he can help Harry. Madame Clara Voyant is the one who's supposed to help him really. Dr. Einstein brings in Madame Clara and Professor Wonder, who's the owner of the traveling carnival that Madame Clara is in. I am very dramatic and I...lol...well I'm just very dramatic. There are many funny names/characters [Harriet the bearded lady, Opal & Pearl Joiner, the siamese twins joined at the fingetip, Nick Gillete, the sword swallower, etc.]. It's basically a spoof off of all the old "scary" movies, like 'Frankenstein', 'Dracula', and 'Wolf Man'. It's gonna be fun and we're performing October 27th & 28th.

Next, golf is almost over. We [the girls] have one more regular meet next Monday, and then two days later, we have regionals, the 4th, which means I have to tape 'Lost'. :[

In case you didn't hear, Emily and I got accepted into IWU and are sending housing applications in a.s.a.p.

Emily and I are also heading up FCA at Farmington, and we need lots of prayer there, mostly for us to know what to study in there and for more kids to come. We didn't do very good advertising, so we only had one person come this last Wednesday. I can't come until the second Wednesday in October because of golf, and she can't do it in the morning and I rarely can because of college classes. So please pray!

And last, I think, Emily and I are also heading up See You At The Pole on September 27th, this coming Wednesday. Please pray that a lot of kids will come out for it, and it will go well, and we will focus on God. And also pray that day for all the schools in your guys' areas and the churches and the teens in those areas, too. Also for our government and anything else you guys can pray for. We're having it before school at 7:15 [an eeeeaaaarly morning!] so we need prayer that we can get up early enough. We're hopefully going to have Andrew Strong, Jennie [used to be Starret]'s husband play guitar from 7-7:15, so we need to be there by at least 6:45. Ugh. Yeah, so please pray for that too!

okay guys. this is it. i have 'em. mom handed me them and i sat down and all i said was, "oh no." and she laughed at me, of course. here they are:

English-33 (amazing since i hate it, and that was my worst practice test)
Math-29 (wish i'd done better...)
Reading-28 (eh. i'm okay with it. i didn't have to time to finish it, but i filled in the blanks.)
Science Reasoning-26 (i think almost everyone did not-so-great at it. it sucked really bad. hated it and didnt' finish it, but i filled in all the blanks, but yeah.)

and emily and i tied, which made me feel lots better because i didn't want to do worse or better than her. this is such a huge relief. i'm so happy just to have 'em back and over with. i was in the top tenth of enrolled fresh. at iwu, so that'd definitely good. love you all!!!!

hey guys. it's been a while since i last posted something so here we go: school's out 2 weeks from this monday; softball's almost over, a definite blessing to me; jordan and i are still mowing the ol' cemetery; ACTs are over, and the results come in in about 3-5 more weeks; and still doin' lots of planning for the summer, including trips to hopefully see all you guys, see colorado, and go to cornerstone (altho i don't know if i'll be able to do everything, i definitely am going to cornerstone if i can get a ride back from vacation w/ one of you guys). other than that, not much going on except finals in a week and a half. our english teacher is crammin' homework down our throats, but things are kinda slowing down now. graduation is on the 21st, and all i'm doing is handing out programs, which i don't know if i'd rather do that or be an usher... mom wants me to be an usher, but we drew for 'em and i got programs.

APRIL FOOL'S!!!! HAHA!

Soooo...I got you guys good! :) It really made my day. Sorry Cam and Erin, but you didn't answer your phones, so you missed out on the fun. For me anyway. But seriously, it really made my day, because it'd been a long one. What with double header in softball and then going to musical practice for tech day, I had a 15 hr. day. And tech day was...total craziness. So thank you all who made me laugh and smile! I love you guys so much!!!!!

We are taking a more military approach to disciplining Caroline and we highly recommend it. Ok really...has anyone else experienced this...instead of getting on her knees to try to crawl she gets up on her toes constantly. Its pretty crazy and quite entertaining. We miss you all and hope everyone is doing great
